The pool and entrance of the hotel were very nice. the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was close to the local markets and had easy access to transportation.
the room we were given was not the one we had booked, and it had a lot of noise from the reception area and people passing by.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and attentive. The decor was tastefully done, with a mix of traditional and modern elements that created a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, the location was not far from tourist attractions and shopping centers.
The noise level was unbearable. We could hear people talking and laughing loudly in the corridor outside our room until the early hours of the morning. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. Finally, the room wasn't properly cleaned since there was dust on the surfaces, and the curtains were dirty. the experience was disappointing, and we would not recommend staying here.
